You’ve just completed the first 100 days as manager and leader of a new team – or perhaps you’d like to make a fundamental status check within the team. Now is the time to carry out a rigorous quality analysis of your own and your team’s performance. What is working well, and what needs to be improved? This concerns identifying optimization potential and defining improvement measures together.
With the help of a facilitator and a few fundamental questions, this highly structured workshop carries out a review of the last 100 days. First and foremost it is a status check that focuses not only on the team’s leader but also on the team. Shared reflection and mutual, constructive and value-based feedback make it possible in a subsequent step to define common improvement measures.
