Business Coaching / Management Coaching
Coaching is a tool that supports people effectively and sustainably in their development. The process is goal-oriented and allows us to work on professional and personal issues.
In systemic coaching the focus is on resources rather than deficits. I work on issues individually with the client, employing a range of techniques such as appropriately provocative questions, introducing alternative points of view and providing objective feedback. All of these enable managers and leaders to develop a fuller awareness.
This enhanced awareness leads to a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of a situation, and supports managers in realizing their full potential.
My solution and resources-based approach to coaching encourages self-reflection and self-perception – and helps managers to act autonomously. This in turn leads to sustainable improvement in their ability to perform and change, as well as in their ability to relate to other people.
Added value from Business Coaching
Coaching is a process of self-discovery. It generates clarity. With coaching you not only clarify how you relate to others − above all, coaching clarifies how you relate to yourself. It enables you to reflect and access your resources and (hidden) potential. Your management and leadership behavior then becomes more effective and sustainable.
Top leaders and managers use coaching very often to obtain objective feedback on specific questions, behavior and concerns.
What should you bring with you to a Management Coaching process?
The desire to change and a willingness to cooperate closely with me – both of which require openness and trust.
